Welcome to a ballet class with a professional ballet dancer from Mariinsky Theatre. At these classes we will work on elegant ballet posture, balance, and graceful body motion. This class is suitable for adults of all ages who are familiar with ballet basics and have ballet experience. The class will help you to further refine technique, artistry, and stamina through complex turns, jumps, and combinations.
