Welcome to a ballet class with a professional ballet dancer from Mariinsky Theatre. At my classes we will work on elegant ballet posture, balance, and graceful body motion. This class is suitable for adults of all ages and fitness level. These classes build on the basics with simple barre and centre work to develop strength and coordination.
