Service Description

Welcome to a ballet class with a professional ballet dancer from Mariinsky Theatre. At my classes we will work on elegant ballet posture, balance, and graceful body motion. This class is suitable for adults of all ages and fitness level. These classes will familiarise you with the world of ballet dance - terminology, techniques and choreography basics. Classical dance is known to improve posture, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness level.
